The meter

Pricing models usually reward reading the fine print. Ours fits in three short paragraphs, and the third one is the reason an agent can never surprise you on an invoice.
What counts
A document counts against the plan when it leaves your account for a recipient. Ten drafts, forty templates browsed, a hundred questions to Plutus: none of it counts until you press send, or approve an agent pressing it for you.
What never counts
Drafts, templates, folders, contacts, saved signatures, and booking pages. Viewing, tracking, and reminding on a document you already sent belong to that document, not to a new one.
Who can spend it
Sending is an approval gated action. Whether it started in the editor, in the Plutus panel, or over the API with a scoped key, a send happens because someone with the authority said yes.

- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing silently charges. Your documents stay where they are, and you pick a plan when you are ready to send again.
- Do you charge per signer?
- No. Recipients never need an account and never cost you anything. A document with one signer and a document with nine both count as one send.
- Does using my own agent over MCP cost extra?
- No. MCP and the API are included on every plan, and an action run by your agent is billed exactly as if you ran it yourself: free, unless it sends a document.
- What are Plutus credits?
- Every paid plan includes an allowance for the model behind Plutus. If you run through it, you can add more. Nothing is ever added for you.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time, from billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away, and nothing about leaving requires a phone call.
